Church Leadership Class is designed to help the congregation understand biblical leadership and the importance of prayerfully selecting qualified leaders. Participants explore scriptural standards, character requirements, and spiritual maturity needed for service. This class equips members to make unified, Spirit-led decisions that strengthen the church’s mission, vision, and overall spiritual growth.
